We got the vote without a war. We demonstrated without killing people. We are no longer chattels. Why is it that women could obtain freedom without violence?

I am saying that you cannot treat ALL violence the same. SOME is justified, some is protective, some if from sickness of the mind, some is from agressive anger.

Compassion is human nature, but compassion only extends as far as comfort levels. I wouldnt expect much compassion from starving angry natives in Africa if I was around there. Most likely I would end up dead. Why? Because they dont have the comfort level to be all that compassionate.

So all the baby girls in India are being killed by their mothers hey? Foot binding no longer occurs in China and clitoral circumcision is being abolished as women are allowed to be educated.
