Imagine...I'd take up eating fudge..

Oo, I've just thought of another diet buddy...Tecos own strawberry cornetto things. They're only about 160 cals each, and very satisfying when you want something a bit nice...

I think thats the problem. I cant stand to eat healthy stuff. The majority of fruits and veg just make me feel like I`m eating things that shouldnt be eaten by a human being.

Walking I dont mind. It's about 30 mins into town that works well at my pace, so theres something to walk to that isnt just down the road. It's just getting to do it and not giving up.

Drinking a lot of water..good or bad? They change their minds about these things so often.

I have motivation to lose weight and all, it's the whole cost thing that I can't do right now. Being unemployed at the moment, I can't afford the costly gym membership. There's only one or two places around here that are even open late. I don't like working out in front of people either. And I usually work out harder at night so I become tired and fall asleep faster. Plus I have prioritys right now, so the gym membership is last on my list of things to get when I have money. The whole diet thing I need to figure out what to do. I used to eat 3 meals a day with snacks inbetween, now I eat 2 times a day and drink a whole lot less soda. So it's a work in progress.

I drink water constantly and I'll chug about 3 stein-size glasses in the course of a workout. I feel fine.

Water is good, as is eating little and often as your body burns the food more efficiently when it knows there's more coming, but it has to be little bits, healthy things...

Often you feel hungry but it's just thirst.

I hate Hollyoaks. The best dramas in the world are sitcoms, they`re more realistic but slightly less funny.
