well, I started a new job today and got lost durring lunch... so I ended up at 7-11, bought a granola bar and a red gatorade... that's all I've had all day.. I need to go get something.

made grilled salmon with a soy blood orange sauce, herb and butter rice, and corn on teh cob for dinner, then had vanilla ice cream with a strawberry toppings for dessert

Don't get obsessive, it's very unhealthy.

Well when your not aloud to move...the cereal diet is a good thing and the only thing. It shows real fast! Thats why i love it and do it!! Sometimes i gota pretend and tell myself i'm eating a nice big old cheeseburger. Ah so sad. I'm just doing this until i get moving again....then i will be able to eat better.
