I've seen most of what you've mentioned, and American Beauty is one of them. I just think it's depressing......ironic in a way, but I still haven't seen Moulin Rouge.

I don't usually watch movies that I know will make me cry. Especially sad animal movies. I have a big heart for animals. But one movie does come to mind of making me cry. It's called Untaimed Heart. It's a cheezy chick flick, but my friend made me watch it, and i was crying like a baby. It's a good movie tho. It had Christian Slater in it, but its still really good. If you haven't seen it, you should rent it.

Yes, I admit, I have been made to watch Untamed Heart, and it was *gulp* good. I really got into the hockey game!
Another one that can getcha is The Outsiders. "We gotta do it for Johnny, man!" Awesome movie with the "before-they-were-famous" cast. If they tried to get all those actors together now...

And no one has anything to say about Snoopy Come Home?

Lestat7, you must have read the book. Wow, that is impressive!

Outsiders is good. Young Manchio, that was brutal when they beat him up.

Hey gang, I got an idea! Let's all head to Spacey's LateNight Video Store and see if ol' spaceghost has any of these to rent! Just read the posts there; I'm a frequent shopper.

And I still feel Snoopy Come Home was a sad movie!

You know what I've never cried during or for a movie, I just don't cry for anything... death in the family, I'm more likely to make jokes, than be sad, just the way I am.... It isn't that I'm insensitive, just the way I am, but I do know the first movie that I saw where people were crying in the theater, it was John Travolta's Phenomenon (i think it is spelled like that, too lazy to look it up)

"It's my Party" gets me every time I watch it.

"Mask" is another... sort of a modern day "Elephant Man".

And the musical "Les Miserable" .. even watching the Anniversary video, which just has the soundtrack tears me up, when I get to the scene where Eponine dies.

Also, "City of Angels" (but don't tell that to Shadowborn... he'll gloat )
