Find your place (in the U.S)
I found this survey that, upon its completion, will tell you which of about 330 American cities is best suited for you. It's pretty cool.
http://www.bestplaces.net/fybp/
Here's my top ten:
1. Seattle, WA
2. San Francisco, CA
3. Boston, MA
4. Washington DC
5. Long Island, NY
6. Stamford-Norwalk, CT
7. Nashua, NH
8. Tacoma, WA
9. Pittsburgh, PA
10. Olympia, WA
I find that ironic, because Seattle is the place I wanted to move to in the first place.

hmmm... I don't actually have any current plans to move overseas, but I like the sounds of the places I got.
Over here it's more "Well there's a flatshare with a bunch of racist nudist Koreans, or that cupboard in the signal box at Clapham North station- which would you prefer? Oh and by the way, both cost upwards of 10 grand a month, and there's no running water in the cupboard. You are however, provided with a bucket and access to the large puddle on the tracks."

I'm happy here in Pennsylvania, sure the summers are a little humid, but that's what air conditioners are for. Basically it's what I know, and I don't like to stray far from familiarity.
