Okay I have two questions: one of which partains to this forum the other of which I'm not sure about. Either way, please answer them.

1) What do you think about weight lifting supplements?

For some time now I have been using mild supplementation but am soon progressing further? Thoughts? Opinions? Ideas?

2) How much muscles is too much muscle?

First of all, your question is not unusual. People that take the weight lifting supplements such as you *should* ask questions. Anyway we've already had a conversation about this once, but i wanted to put in my input again. Frankly, the supplements scare the hell out of me. I saw one friend use creatine (or however u spell it) and he got really fucked up - permanently - with side affects as constant shaking. I don't think he overdosed on it or anything. This stuff is just plain scary. And i care about ya (hey we don't know each other too well but i still do) So i just hope you can be careful. Is it all natural? Does it alter your body chemistry in a harmful way? Why don't you just do it the all natural way so you can have better bragging rights anyway?

Myself, I refuse to alter my body's nominal chemical balance. Besides, what is physical strength nowadays? Those strong enough to push the right few buttons can do more then a thousand hulks...

Besides, those supplements, especially those influencing your hormone systems, make you extremely violent. Thread with care...

Supplements can be very seriously damaging long term for the human body. Please don't mess with your chemistry. If you've been lifting for awhile, you're just fine, perfectly healthy. And so many things - you can't get back...
