No problem. When I get stressed out now I usually start writing all of it down into poems. Sometimes a pen and paper can help.
Other times, when I feel like I am going to explode, I take a baseball bat out into the woods and beat down trees to reduce stress. (Believe it or not, as weird as it sounds, it actualy works quite well for me.) Anyway, everyone has their own ways of coping. Some are good for you and some are not. My ways might not work for everyone, but give them a try, you never know, it could help.
Why be miserable making others happy when you can be happy making others miserable? Because I'm a sucker.
