Had to consider the subject of mortality today. Not for anything I did or faced, but I went to go get my hubby a Starbucks and the store a few doors down as well as a large surrounding area was taped off with police tape. Takes something pretty serious for them to tape off an area that size, but we turned around and went and parked somewhere else, David went in & got his coffee... apparently a truck went through the storefront the previous night.
There were also 2 news vans in the parking lot, on scene interviewing people.
Apparently, a blue pickup truck went smashing through the front of the store at high speed last evening at around 6pm... so the store was still open. He killed 2 people, totally unrelated and injured several others. It was a sushi store, people were just sitting there, eating their sushi. A 19 yr old died and a 49 yr old died I think, and there's no reason to think that the two were connected in any way.

So, Darkforum now has a more streamlined front page.
I'm still working on some edits for it, But this is the basic of what it will be.
Announcements and suchlike will be posted on there, as well as having important and the best threads on the front page.
So, how to choose the best threads? Well i'm leaving that up to you. There were comments about the front page, and you know my attitude is "no forum exists without it's users" so how about you guys vote about what goes on the front page?
Post here, links to the threads you think should be on the front page. If someone else posts the same thread, vote for it. The most popular threads of that week will be put on the front page. I'm hoping to implement this change each friday.
If a thread still scores top the week after, it will stay, and other threads may shift around.

well heres the story my "friend" was with this girl and he treated her like crap and everything called her a slut skank every other thing like that and broke up with her and went back out 3 times and she finally had enough well my friend has become depressed and heart broken and he now truly "loves" her but she wont take him back and she has said so but im trying to help him so does any one have any advice? please no offtopic discussion im realy trying to help him
