Since it has been brought up in another thread i will bring it here. For the lock out in a way i support the organization for doing some of the stuff they wish to do, but would like to see them get back to playing. I didn't think it looked to good on the players that went over to Europe to play for the season for a lot less money they would get here.

Lenina, the AHL is the baby league for the NHL. If they bring guys up it will be form those teams and the baby Leafs from St. Johns so if you wish to watch some good hockey that would be a good place

Sweet. I have been watching TSN alot of late, Im like a lost puppy without my hockey fix. It sucks. I do want hockey to come back the way it was last season. I can't deal with not being able to watch the playoffs... I can do without watching Bufallo (Sp?) Playing though.. I really dislike that team.

I used to like coaches corner... Don Cherry is funny, he gets so emotional about hockey and the players. I love the way he keeps going and going. I think I saw the cameras cut him off because he wouldn't shut up a few times...

I should check that out though... Im just hoping they bring it back, Domi, Sundine and Tucker were my favorite players although yonakarouski (SP?) Was a fantastic defender. They have alot of talent there, its just a shame to put it to waste.

i'd like to see it come back, but i think the players make way to much money for what they do. The leafs did have a good time last year, and I have a nice connection to wicked seasons tickets. Saph and I ended up seeing Ottawa and Toronto play and had a pretty good time. In the next couple of years though we should see the leafs redo the time to possible make a better run or the cup then we have in the last couple of years. Funny thing, we have the richest team in the NHL and they won't put out the moneyt o buy the Stanley cup, but yet we still sell out and make it into the playoffs.

The biggest issue with the lock out is some cities will hurt badly form this as here aren't to many that have as die hard fans as the original 6 temas do. For some reason I highly doubt they will come back this year and in a way support Guy LeFluere(sp) in what he suggested the NHL do which would restart the entire francise and possibly get better players.

Yeah I agree with that. I also think salary caps would be a good thing.
