I've just started learning how to rollerblade,but its getting on my damn nerves.Skates were so much damned easier.Then I see at Academy they sell skates almost thirty dollars more than blades.Anyway,anyone out there ever try it?

I never had regular skates, I learned on blades. I tried regular skates and thought they were harder, but I would assume it's because I'd always used blades.

yeah, probaly, I kinda grew into skates. I was taught basically way back before blades made it to the market.Its hilarious watching me go downhill on blades.I would have to grab the ground,and sometimes..or I should say.most times,fall. I like to fall on peoples lawns.
