What are your thoughts about existance? your life... its purpose.. its lack of purpose.. this universe..

If a painter pours a bunch of colors in to a bucket and swirls them around with a brush.. a lot of beautiful colors form before turning in to a bland browny color...

There is an accidental perfect blend of colors for a split second which disappears with the next swirl of the paint brush.

This galaxy is probably just one of those accidental blends formed in an infinite universe.... and there may be no painter swirling any thing..

Compared to the life of the universe... this world is going to exist for a nano-nano second.... a few sparks .. and then its forgotten for ever.. Nothing matters.. nothing exists.. everythings useless and purposeless. We aren't special.. we aren't important..

Does that make any sense to any one?

Love, compassion, all that is good and permanent.

The sun is billions of years old... the oldest human being is 116 years old. Human civilization has existed for about.. saaaay... 25000 years? According to the condition the world is in today do you think its going to stay on for much longer?

Nothing matters because the pain goes away.. then I die.. then you die.. then everyone dies.. it is forgotten.. it is gone... no one remembers.. it didn't even happen.

lots of people are compassionate. Once I pay off my student loan (from my days when I wasn't all that compassionate) I plan on doing everything in my power to save them.

Ultimately, all we have are feelings, and we either feel good or bad. So I guess feeling good is my definition.

Existance just is. Like the energy and matter we are composed of, simply is. But your real asking, is the meaning of that existance... And since we as the only known selfconcious species on this world seem to ask that a lot, yet find no answer... I think that the answer is found in the question itself: What do we wish the meaning to be? Our own selfconciousness defines it...

As for the universe: A spheric expanse of matter and energy expanding at lightspeed at the edges... Beyond it lays absence of both matter and energy.

I believe our experience of good and bad rules that theory out.

Why is that? Perceptions, they are nothing more. A mere facet of existance...
Since we define the universe as all that is... The logical conclusion is that outside it nothing is. If this is incorrect we need to alter our definition of "Universe"...

Exsistance is mere random chance, daddy forgot to pull out and you're the by product of that mistake. Simple really.

As for the meaning, that's up to you to make, I don't believe in fate or that I'm being controled by some all powerful force. I control me and nothing else.

If you want to go a murder spree, that is the meaning of your exsistance, if you want to be a succsessful millioniare, that's the meaning of your esistance, if you want to be a bum, that's the meaning of your exsistance.

It's up to you to make your life matter, if you don't care if it matters, kill yourself cause your wasting human tissue, breathable air, space and time.

i agree with abbadon on this one, we exist because for some reason there was a blip in the animal kingdom and we became walking, breathing, thinking humans...as for my life...i like to think it's to experience the realm of existance...i want to see and do all i can before i die...a life not lived i think is the only way to waste it...

the universe is too grand for even me to try an conjecture about...it's there, because it is...
