I believe they should torture her before they kill her, after all the bitch did kill her children.

No need, even hardcore criminals in jail frown upon those who hurt children...
I think that a life sentance is worse either way.

Damn-- I hadn't even thought about what her inmates would do to her . . . . a bunch of criminalistic butch women who, neverthless, retain their maternal instincts. They'll tear her up, I have no doubt of it.

but it stated why they didn't give her the death penalty and rightly so. she's got 40 years. i hope she gets treatment inside. what's it like these days in the ways of mental health in prisons?

I truly believe that she should have recieved the death penalty. Why should taxpayers have to support her life when she thinks nothing of ending her childrens. I hope her fellow inmates take care of her like the court system should have.

Btw, does anyone think her husband should be charged with a crime or hasn't he committed any crime?

This is one of those occasions where I admit to laughing at humanity in general (I'm actually laughing all the time).

His crime was being an insensitive asshole who forced his wife to have more kids than she could handle-- even after a psychiatrist wrote in big bold underlined letters for her NOT to have any more kids. I'm not saying that what he did was right, but if we jailed every man for every time HE was an insensitive asshole . . . . well HELL, there'd be no men left!

Yeah. And if we did that to both sexes, no one would be left.

Except for, perhaps, the ones administering the death punishments who would get off just because they're government officials. Imagine that: A society with all officials and no citizens!
