Agony: Are those hard wired elements cultural repsentations of customs that predated the orginized religion, you seem much more versed on that particular aspect so I will difer to you for the answer. I dont disagree with you on any if what you stated save for the conclusion you have come to that this paticular faith is not following the same evolutionary curve as other faiths. I see it as econmics and geography that has kept them from moving beyond a tribal/fedual society to a more modern one if you will. As they are unable to make this rudemntary switch the dogma of spread by the lips of the shepards goes unquestioned. All and all it is diffcult for us to truely understand the subject we have certain luxuries that make there actions incomprehensable.
