ok the whole christian being dishonest to the wiccian religon ....i saw a tv show about this on the history channel ...well how it went was....say there were pegans worship'n a tree.....the christians came and started doing the same saying things like the tree is god because he already showed himself as a burning bush...just slight things like that helped destroy the beliefs of most of the wiccans. also thats where halloween came from....it was made by christians to relate to that night for the dead night holiday they have....thats why i laugh when christians say halloween is evil cause it was christians that made it:p

You know being from Utah and all, I haven't seen christianity all that much, for reasons known to all who know about Utah. However I know that Christians are not bad people in general. I mean look at final word. Is he a bad person. Oh Hell no. But the main religion here, and you know what I am talking about, does embody, in my opinion all the bad aspects of the christian religion. Hell they have to go by another name outside of the U.S. because of the god Mormo, who is the god of evil in either indonesian, or polynesian areas, I'm not sure. Christianity isn't bad, fucked up in a lot of ways, but not bad. Mormons are bad. Out of all the religions that were spawed from Christianity, Mormonism went the worst.

Most people don't know that hitler was a pagan which is why he's never quoted whereas the church have hundreds of examples of misconduct which is why they are such an easy target to slate.

Unfortunately it is what the church does that people look at when the judge christians and also all the holes in the bible. They are such an easy target to pick on.

Just my opinion but I don't think Christianity has much puff left, I can't see it lasting another hundred years. The world is starting to recognise it for what it really is. Do you really think that if Jesus came back he would want to assocaite himself with modern day Christians?

I'm interested in hearing why you do not value tolerance? It has always been my understanding, that without tolerance, our views become stagnant. We obtain no new information, no new forms of stimulation.

Its all a balancing act.Some tolerance is always needed, yes.No one wants other people hounding after you just because you`re different.
Too much tolerance is indifference which is the stagnation of opinion, that leads to inaction.

Very pleased to meet you. I guess I just have a thing about Christianity, I really believe it has never offered, nor never will offer anything positive. It's just one big commercial venture, screwing people with nothing to hang on to (as well as those with no spiritual worth..the worst kind) To which I can only add my honest and considered opinion that it really should not be tolerated. I don't really get along with Christians. However, I do think Jesus was a genuine, caring guy...until the Christians got their hands on him.

Jesus got a raw deal.

I don't think that's prejudiced as I am not encouraging anyone, it's just an honest opinion.

O.k. I belong to no religion. But atleast with Christianity, they actually call it donations to help the church. With the religion here, the call it tithings to prove your loyalty to God.
