But I was wondering, how did you go by to do this channeling, and what happened that made you so edgy? If you don't feel like answering, that's fine, but I just got curious here.

I have had too many strange experiences to mention. From strange abilities and prophetic dreams to our family ghosts and all sorts of odd things that have happened in my short life. A house could probably levetate in front of me and i dont think Id be that surprised. Ill start with the earliest occurances..i was not supposed to have been able to be born. My mother (she was around 20 yrs) went to a fortune teller as a joke woth some freinds..the woman told my mother she would have a daughter. My mom told her that it was impossible..she couldnt have kids.But the woman insisted and told her that she saw a dark eyed and haired girl..that had to be born and would be born into the world by my mother.(blonde blue eyes) My mom laughed and only a few years later gave birth to me. The doctors were shocked ..she wasnt supposed to be able to get pregnant. My mom was 16 when her apendix ruptured..she almost died. Her apendix had ruptured and had leaked on her fallopian tubes and ovaries scarring them badly. They had to remove most of the damged areas and told her she would not be able to have children. They had to put her on The Pill to help her even have have a period..but still she had me. She almost lost me when she was 5 months along..she told me she felt a horrible pain and started to bleed..and that she heard a voice telling her not to call out to anyone but to drop on her knees and put her face to the floor or she and baby me would die. She did so and the pain and bleeding stopped as abruptly as it had started. Four months later she had me. A brown haired, brown eyed baby girl.

The fact that she had you despite her injuries and being on the pill is indeed amazing. The fact that she had a dark-haired, dark-eyed child is not. The genes for blond hair and blue eyes are recessive, the genes for dark hair and eyes are dominant. Do you know the appearance of your father? Chances are that even if he was also blond-haired and blue eyed, if both parents have the dominant genes, the child may well be dark haired/eyed. Now the fact that the fortune teller knew beforehand was definitely odd...

Agreed, shadow. I am generally suspicious to the whole 'this child is special' thing, gives me that whole Messiah-feeling... But you apparently have a very strong helper, Vashti, or it could be that your mother is very tuned in to hers.

But that fortune teller impressed me. I've had my future told not long ago. Among other things, she told me I would get a long-term guest from far away. As the matters are, we have been planning back and forth to get a friend from the net to come visit us, he lives in the states, but has norwegian ancestors. I had never talked to that woman before, and never mentioned my possible future guest to anyone on that particular forum.

I didn't tell him about that reading, but a week or so later, he told me he had met a psychic, she had told him he would soon go back to his roots, and stay with a couple slightly older than himself.

He is 18, my boyfriend and I are 24... Go figure...

No, unfortunately. We were a bunch of friends renting a big old house together. We started out as five, and ended up as ten within the year. But it only lasted a year, then we went our separate ways. Some are still roommates, moving in and out from each other, as we also did before this. But our Castle Chaos wasn't meant to last, I think. Also our landlord refused to renew the lease...fucking bastard...

Maybe he looked sad because he wanted to talk to you in your dreamscape but you realised that he shouldn't be there because he was dead and he knew you'd be too scared to talk to him.

....could be... *ponders* I always liked him, I don't have many memories of him, but the ones I have are always of a fun time. According to my mother and grandmother, he loved kids above all. He set the basement on fire once while playing with a children chemistry set with my brother...that's my grandpa for you.

I tried Astral projection once, I just went on a "test flight" first, just out of my body and straight back in but things didn't go exactly according to plan, I couldn't get back in. I panicked then which only made matters worse, I was reeling around for ages, I still don't know how I got back in.

Hands? I've never tried that one. But I've tried astral travels. I never had trouble getting back, though, I just had trouble getting in. It took me weeks to figure out a way around the obstacle I met.

and to Vashti, it's the same way with me, my mother wasn't supposed to be able to have children either, she had/has a disease called endometriosis.
and she had to have a c-section because the umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck and i was going to die.

Hands are pretty easy plus you get the added advantage of being firmly rooted in your body (well I would think it was an advantage wouldn't I ?!)

You just disconnect your spirit (sorry for the terminology) and then re-connect from your feet up bib by bit but when you go down your arms stop just below the elbow, do this a few times and you'll be able to just disconnect your hands without going through the whole ritual.

A lot of my mates are amazed at how many ailments my massages can cure

Cool Bloodwing.Well im glad you made it! Isnt it good to know that you have a reason to be here..that you got to be born and live even though the odds were against you. I dont think im special or anything because of the circumstances of my birth..im just glad to know that my mom and me got to meet one another and live our lives..(i know that there is no signifigance to the eye and hair color i have..i just wanted to credit the fortune teller for knowing that too..she was very intuned) (my dads hispanic)

I can imagine that, Feroluce. When I get 'up there' I dont disconnect or anything...I am familiar with that method, 'think away' your limbs one by one, but it doesn't work for me. I use visualisation. But I'll ponder on your method, and see if I can figure out a way that works for me. Thanks.


I know I wanted badly to meet likeminded people too, now I have. A lot of them. It turned out, in time, that a lot of my friends were awake, even the ones I never suspected was. Drop a few subtle hints here and there, maybe accidentaly slip a few words into a conversation, nothing incriminating, just appearing to be interested, and see if anyone responds. If not, you'll always have us.
