Work is of two kinds: first, altering the position of matter at or near the earth's surface relatively to other such matter; second, telling other people to do so.
I must say I can't verify the validity of the above site. I have more detailed information in printed form, but I forget the sources now. Is there anything particular you want to know/are trying to do with sigil magic(k)?
i dont really have anything in mind as i only heard of it a couple of days ago and just want some more information on it before i think about doing anything!
