So, I just happened to be reading Playboy (*wink* *wink*) and they had a very interesting article about sex in the military. About how nearly 6% of all females in the military are pregnant. and of those pregnancies, about 90% were unplanned; and, accordingly, it's a woman's choice to continue to serve or be discharged; however, if she's in the military due to some type of funding (such as school) being discharged isn't an option, and they're eligable for deployment 4 months after giving birth.

Over 16,000 condoms were sold to military personel over in Iraq...although a majority of those condoms were used on their weapons to keep sand out.

Thousands of homosexuals have been discharged since the "don't ask, don't tell" policy was adopted. Of those individuals, around 400 are fluent in languages of countries considered to be in the "axis of evil" (such as Korea, Iraq, etc.).

But here's the biggest shock of 'em all. ABORTION! Military hospitals over seas don't do abortions. And if a woman in the military seeks an abortion, her military insurance WILL NOT cover any costs whatsoever; even in cases concerning rape, incest, and deformities.

The abortion thing doesnt surprise me, the military is very much a religious institution. For example, you don't HAVE to go to church on Sundays, you can go to church, or scrub toilets. Its a long way from being unbiased.

Just 1 more reason we shouldnt have women soldiers.
