Eyewitnesses Report Seeing Wounded Saddam Being Carried From Compound

Intelligence sources now say there were eyewitnesses at the scene where Saddam Hussein's complex was bombed on the first night, ABC reported Friday morning.

John McWethy, ABC's national security correspondent, said on air: "Those eyewitnesses say that they saw Saddam Hussein being taken from the wreckage on a hospital gurney, that he had an oxygen mask over his face. In addition, intelligence sources say that there is a lack of communication between Saddam Hussein's office and his main commands and the rest of his government.

"They are interpreting that as meaning that there is some problem with his health. So they are optimistic that something has happened to the leader of Iraq, but they are still extremely cautious about what his condition is."

Hopefully we got him.

Hopefully we get real proof that we got him. I don't want to speculate.. I want to see him behind bars.. or dead. USA has let too many people escape and the people are tired of that. They NEED to get him.

I'm sure we'll get him this time. Seeing as we missed him last time, it would be an enormous embarrassment to miss him again. So I'm very confident that we'll get him, it's just a matter of when we'll get him.

I hope the bombs didn't hurt him too badly, he's the kind of person who deserves to be hung drawn and quartered.

By rights they should put him in prison for a few years while Iraq is rebuilt, then have a lottery to see who gets to beat the fucker to death on Iraqi live TV.

And his sons too! I think that's a very good idea, actually. A fitting punishment for the bastard.

No, a fitting punishment would be to remove his arms and legs, blind and deafen him and then leave him to be tormented by anyone who wished for the rest of his life...

..but that's just cruel so beating him to death will have to do

Or you could give every woman he's ever ordered raped a stick and let them all beat him to death and dismember him and gouge random places

I dont' know, people like him I wouldn't even consider human. I don't really think there are punishments harsh enough for him.
