i agree. that's some fucked up shit. man, i hardly thought people were actually capable of that. don't get me wrong, i'm not that naive, but god damn! there isn't an iota of not-wrongness about those things. you just wouldn't think that someone could be that intensely cruel and evil....

Likewise . . . I'm not even thinking about the fear, but the absolute agony . . . and the fact that they're alive for an hour or so after their mutilation. I don't even want to think about it, anymore . . .

This crap happens much more than you think.
I'm not downplaying it none. I'm just saying that evil ritualists are among us and this stuff happens fairly regularly in places all over the world.
This time it happened to be in a world class city.
It made the big time news.
You never hear of the ones that happen on the small islands or in the isolated villages.
Just my thoughts.
that's true, and it's been happening forever. but when it does come to our attention, it makes us grieve a little more. and maybe be more grateful that we're still here.
