I've never had a nightmare.
I remember as a child, whenever I watched a horror flick or some such, the monster or whatever would be in my dream, and I'd have the beginnings of a nightmare, yet, there'd be a key junction where it turns around. Such as, in my dreams, I can remember being bitten by vampires on several occasions, yet, I enjoyed it; (all were female, hmm). Other circumstances, such as instead of falling, I begin flying, etc.
I had an interesting dream during a 30 minute nap today, check this out.
I was on my college campus, walking towards a modular (looks kind of like a huge trailer) where my physics class usually is; instead of turning left, I turn right, and go into some music store (doesn't exist irl), pick up a cd, entitled "Poseidon", open it up, look through it (it's $13.95 american dollars), there's cover art, cd art, a picture of the band, etc., I recognised none of it from previous experiences. I look at the cashier and ask about the concert they are performing soon, we start talking, and I buy a ticket for $10.00 (I wish it were usually that cheap), it's a cheap-ass red ticket usually used for carnival rides; I dig through my wallet, pull out a $20 bill, and say I'll buy another for my friend (I had a female friend in mind, Kat). Then I mention a concert I went to last semester, given by The Urge (a St. Louis based band); the guy says "yeah, that was an awesome concert" and I leave.
New scene: I'm in a gym, huge (I see no walls, yet I know they're there), and a ton of people are playing soccer (football for non-americans

) with two balls instead of one, the second is huge; there are weird rules; I run and slide, then start sliding backwards. I learn to control my sliding and do that for a while; dream over.
The past few nights when falling asleep I've had weird vertigo sensations, or flashes of color, etc.
The cover art on the "Poseidon" cd had a lot of blue on it, that's all I remember, there were five band members all with short black hair, but this pic was small and blurry, I merely glanced at it.
I used to never dream in color or pictures; I used to just "know" what was going on. My memory is similar; I can remember names but not faces, yet I recognise things just as easily as the next person.
Eh. I'm done
