No it isn't, it's against the geneva convention to Parade,degrade or interrogate on television.
Asking Name, Rank, Serial number, station and unit is not classed as interrogation but POW processing.

They did however degrade bodies on television.

I fit was against the Geneva convention to air POWs on television then the US has been breaching that one since Vietnam.
