Police in Pinellas County Florida
say a suspected robber is recovering after a police dog named "Scooby" bit the suspect in the crotch after a liquor store stick up.
The suspect is reported to be in good condition after emergency surgery to re-attach his penis.

My grandfather was once bitten in the groin by a pitbull, it didn't actually get his privates though. luckily it was in the crotch/upper thigh area. Still painful.
It's a good thing too since he already lost a testicle in WWII, and after that he still fathered three daughters.
