you mean, you didn't see this coming? As I get older i find that the word quirky gets used less, and the word mad becomes more consistent.

Outlaw them? That's a bit far.
You know that this'll get shot down anyway. Don't get your stomach in a knot. Hey, bread is a good time for me...a-woodle-oo-doo, singing bread is a good time for EVERYbody...

What brought this on is the large population of fat pieces of shit in America. They're too lazy to get off their fat, nasty asses and excercise a bit, or *gasp* work for a living, so instead the food is blamed.
I've noticed that seems to happen a lot in America lately. Instead of blaming the person, find anything else to blame. Now, the food is being blamed. ________________________________

It has a lot to do with the demands of society as well. Some of the fattest people I know are hardworking business professionals...who barely have enough time in the day to sleep, and McDonald's is just the fastest way they can eat. In today's world, active lifestyles are acted against directly by the demands of society. Fuck, I mean, the only time a lot of people go outside is to get to their cars - - and we PROMOTE that behavior in society! We're a culture of gluttony because its been encouraged.
Its a bit far to go and outright blame McDonald's, but you can't deny that they share a bit of responsibility... Hey, bread is a good time for me...a-woodle-oo-doo, singing bread is a good time for EVERYbody...

Bah... Wake up 5 minutes earlier every morning and make yourself a turkey breast sandwich, or some other quick yet quasi healthy food. Saves time, as you don't have to drive over to a BK or Wendys or whatever, and it's healthier. ________________________________

Fruit takes no time to prepare at all, neither do nuts, or just munching on carrots. You don't have to get obese just because you don't have time. I think that's a load of shit. If you do not have the time to ensure your own longevity then good god what the hell does that say about our societies? But then again, hey, look at the way we treat nature, why should we have any more respect for our own bodies when we kill off the very things that give us the oxygen we breathe.
It's about supply and demand. Stop the demand and the supply will inevitably decrease.

*shrug* Our society seems to do everything against promoting longevity in many ways....
But in any case, I'm not fat, nor are my girlfriend and most of my friends...I think things will change a bit with the current 15-18 year olds, as many different people in that age group seem to be a little more cautious and watchful of these things. Apparrently not in my area...unless I missed something, which is entirely possible. If Swift sees this, she might correct me if I'm wrong...but things around here don't seem too bad. I know that my school doesn't have much of a problem with it, nor do other schools that I've been to for whatever reason. Weird to think that for all its other shortcomings, this might be a healthy area... Hey, bread is a good time for me...a-woodle-oo-doo, singing bread is a good time for EVERYbody...
