well the thing is dude that just because their all black doesnt mean black people are bad. i saw on the news either a white or chinese dude trying to loot something. this proves that white people can also be bad. their for you cannot talk smack on only black people. although im really against the looting. even if my screenname speakes against me. i heard about a guy coming out of a store arms full of candy!

but new orleans is a very poor city. i dont agree with the looting but i understand some of it.

I am not sure what youre trying to prove..that I never lived through a hurricane? uhh ok you win I havent. I concede, there ya go happy? Still doesnt mean I wouldnt have had the foresight to get the fuck out of town when they ordered an evacuation. Unless I was disabled or retarded I would go. If i was an able bodied person the only way I'd be staying is if I knew I was gonna get a chance to loot me some of them cool nike sneaks at the unguarded store.

Noone said they were ALL bad, we're just saying they have a disproportionate number of baddies in thier community. Alot of this is because of genetics, most of it is because of a backwards culture. I wonder who was doing all the shooting down there?

well, they DID order an evacuation... but it still does suck they decided to stay behind and brace for the worst. It sucks that NOLA is under water, and it sucks that noone saw the levee system possibly collapsing.

No. I'm saying it's easy for a person in your position to judge the situation. You don't have any idea what it's like. LOL yes you figured it out! Actually walking to higher ground isnt as tough as it really seems. Getting ina cab or a bus a few days before the hurricane hit was impossible too.

And I didnt say they are genetically programmed to be criminals, I said part of thier criminality is genetic, I was talking more about IQ and agression levels. The culture is what makes them the most criminally inclined. But you know you dont have to agree with me, I got a lot of sociologists who do.

The interstate. Those dumbshits didn't walk to the interstate during an evacuation of a million people. Damn them.

Let's calculate cost here... k. Cab fare from New Orleans to let's say... Baton Rouge. That's a couple hundred bucks at least. Bus ticket.. .if you can get one, which you probably couldn't, about $70 per person. A family of 4... that's almost $300. And again.. where do you stay when you don't have any money, assuming you can get somewhere in the first place?

I have to say, there are many black people who wouldn't do such things, but given the pictures / evidence and contrast in behaviour between black and whites in New-Orleans at this moment, then things do not look good for America in the future if whites continue to constitute a smaller part of it's population.

anywhere? anywhere safer than the oncomming flood? family? Since when did a ticket to the next town or two towns away cost 70 dollars? Christ it only costs 10 bucks here. I mean you can make every excuse in the book for them if you want, but it was Darwin in action anyone who said Ahhh well I cant scrounge up a 100 dollars for the weekend I might as well wait here and wait for the hurricane is IMO a dumbshit. I dont care if they told me It was a 100 fucking miles I would be forming a walking caravan to the safe ground anywhere far from the hurricane if I had to. Not just wait like a docile cow for it to come to me.

We will be fine if we can just ge tthem out from the eagle like grips of the abusers who are suing them. Instill some more conservative values in them, and they will shape the fuck up, thier crime rates will revert back to the pre-1960s times when they did much better as a community. Billy, you're being an idiot. I remember a time in my life where "scrounging up $100" would have been akin to "scrounging up Jimmy Hoffa". Not to mention some people DO NOT HAVE Family and friends outside the city. They cant afford a hotel, they cant afford a cab (that would be totally booked anyway). They don't have a car, they cant afford a bus (also booked), they COULD NOT LEAVE. Thats her point, don't argue something that is so fucking obvious, just for the sake of arguing.

As for Asians... try living in Garden City, KS. It sounds like a little sleepy community, but the Vietnemese gangs in that city were fuckin brutal.

The New Orleans (search) police chief ran off looters while city officials themselves were commandeering equipment from a looted Office Depot. During a state of emergency, authorities have broad powers to take private supplies and buildings for their use.

Managers at a nursing home were prepared to cope with the power outages and had enough food for days, but then the looting began. The home's bus driver was forced to surrender the vehicle to carjackers.

Bands of people drove by the nursing home, shouting to residents, "Get out!" Eighty residents, most of them in wheelchairs, were being evacuated to other nursing homes in the state.

"We had enough food for 10 days," said Peggy Hoffman, the home's executive director. "Now we'll have to equip our department heads with guns and teach them how to shoot."

"It's really difficult because my opinion of the looting is it started with people running out of food, and you can't really argue with that too much," Nagin said. "Then it escalated to this kind of mass chaos where people are taking electronic stuff and all that."

Gov. Kathleen Blanco (search) said she has asked the White House to send more people to help with evacuations and rescues, thereby freeing up National Guardsmen to stop looters.

"We will restore law and order," Blanco said. "What angers me the most is that disasters like this often bring out the worst in people. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior."

John Matessino, president of the Louisiana Hospital Association, said he had not heard of anyone breaking into the hospitals, but he added that thieves got into the parking garage at one hospital and were stealing car batteries and stereos.

New Orleans' homeland security chief, Terry Ebbert, said looters were breaking into stores all over town and stealing guns. He said there are gangs of armed men moving around the city. At one point, officers stranded on the roof of a hotel were fired at by criminals on the street.

Authorities said an officer was shot in the head and a looter was wounded in a shootout. The officer and looter were expected to survive.

"He will obviously be too pre-occupied at this stage," she told reporters in Kleinmond, a small holiday village about 100km (60 miles) east of Cape Town. "I promise you he is going to be too sore. He will go straight to hospital."

The device, made of latex and held firm by shafts of sharp barbs, can only be removed from the man through surgery which will alert hospital staff, and ultimately, the police, she said.

It also reduces the chances of a woman falling pregnant or contracting AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases from the attacker by acting in the same way as a female condom.

South Africa has more people with HIV/AIDS than any other country, with one in nine of its 45 million population infected.

Ehlers, who showed off a prototype on Wednesday, said women had tried it for comfort and it had been tested on a plastic male model but not yet on a live man. Production was planned to start next year.

But the "rapex" has raised fears amongst anti-rape activists that it could escalate violence against women.

"If a victim is wearing such a device it may enrage the attacker further and possibly result in more harm being caused," said Sam Waterhouse, advocacy co-ordinator for Rape Crisis.

Other critics say the condom is mediaeval and barbaric -- an accusation Ehlers says should be directed rather at the act of rape.

"This is not about vengeance ... but the deed, that is what I hate," she said.

Been there, done that, and it's a useless thing to do. I want to know WHY!!!! Why is it that I can't go anywhere without seeing black people behaving badly?
