Billy, I'm not excusing their crimes. I'm not saying "they're poor, its ok" In a perfect scenario, the looters and criminals would be rounded up and tried just like any other criminal. Go back and look at my post about black on white violence. The media has been saying that "locals have been preying on tourists". Well the US newsmedia has been using "tourist" as a euphemism for whites because they want to cover up the black on white nature of these attacks. Nope. I-we walked all over several nieghborhoods. There were times when we passed by several blacks drinking beer on porches and they did not even say anything to us. We were all over that place. Norwalk, Paramount, Torrance, and our destination Redondo Beach.

It was a blast until he disappeared and we did not see him until he met us at our friends house in Redondo.

People tend to let themselves get blinded by popular myth.

I used to walk through several of the projects in San Francisco and had several black friends who lived there and outside of them. Most would not walk through them because of the popular myth of the "dangerous black man". Man is dangerous regardless of color or culture. No one color or culture is more dangerous than the other.

So try not to tell me I was in the wrong area when I know that area pretty well.

What does your little chinese scenario have to do with why poverty doesnt cause crime? The government in China doesnt roll the tanks into crush criminals, the rolled them in to crush a riot of political dissidents. Harsh and wrong yes, but its not something they did more than once.

Sadly, this isnt exactly true. The middle class blacks you see around today are a product of Affirmitive action and other give away programs. They still do poorly and raise bad kids, which is why you can come to a small town like mine and see black kids committing all the crimes in town or getting expelled more than anyone else, with middle class black parents. Take away affirmitive action and other racial preference quota systems and the middle class of blacks will shrink significantly.

There ARE some blacks though who DO succeed because they have superior cultures. They are the ones who get accused of acting white and dont listen to much rap and hang out with thier white firends. THOSE are the original and true middle class blacks. And sadly there isnt a lot of them.

I do not see anything linking genetics with criminal behaviour in that paper. Please refer us to the page # with that info. I read the first several pages and found that it seems to be some outdated material devoted to brain size and intelligence.

Macaws are some of the most intelligent animals on the planet. They approach the intelligence level of a 3 year old human and thier brains are the size of a grape if even that big. They are far more intelligent than dogs and cats who have much larger brains. In order to propose a theory that brain size denotes intelligence one must cross referance species and show that it exists in all of nature and not just in one instance.

Most people continue to suggest that black men/women are not as intelligent as white males/females. This is just untrue and part of the myth as created by racist individuals. Here lets look at some examples of extremely intelligent blacks.
