You not being able to take toothpaste on an airplane isnt the governments fault, its the fault of assholes who want to massacre americans on airplanes. Youre not allowed to bring guns on board either, is that an abridgement of your civil rights? Or do airline companies get to decide what people bring on thier companies craft? And if we are so up in arms about torture, why dont we define torture. That way we can avoid it.
