And there are 28 patents for fusion power, all have never been fully investigated.
They've already built the hydrogen car.. well the engine and it works, only problem is looks like 50 mph will be your top speed... and of course no smoking... | wait where are you from again? Yeah, but notice that its those such areas who have had importance and such who are now fucking ourselves with big business (and I don't mean all busines, I mean such things as tobacco, fast food, and etc.), pollution, and the like.

Billy just becuase my country doesn't happen to throw its cosmic weight around like america doesn't mean we dont do a hell of a lot for the world.
Most of the scientists who develop clean technology come from finland, sweden and Japan... interesting that isn't?
Oh and the engine for the hydrogen car was developed my Kia Haaraglan Ph.D a half finn half japanese scientist educated in finland, face it when the world has to go green you shall be using the technology we invented.
If the world followed our example it would be clean and efficent not watseful and unproductive like some other larger nations.

If the world followed our example it would be clean and efficent not watseful and unproductive like some other larger nations. | it would also be ruled by tyranical nut houses welching away half of our income to give needles to junkies and buy nice big houses on the beaches of the carribean, whats your point about Finland sweden and Japan making the most clean technology? big fucking whoop, what does Japan have to do with Finland? Japan also gets most of its resrouces from the US, not to mention the fact that the US built Japan after WW2 into what it is, well planted the seeds to what it is anyways.
the fact is, that you always idiotically cast stones at the americans and american government for whatever reasons when youre clearly MISINFORMED, while being from a secluded desolate ice-hole filled to the brink with like minded cloned homogenious dolts who let the government suck away thier lives, if you ask me you need to look at your own country and not ours anf fix YOUR problems and not ours.. oh wait your country doesnt have any cosmic weight, it really doesnt contribute on a global scale, and is reletively unheard of... Finland? does it even have a history worth mentioning? please if youre going to cast stones at the US, at least come from a country that matters.

In many ways, they're on to somethings that we should be. | finland is racially and pretty much economically homogenous, what works for them wont work for us, or anyone else. Its not like the US hasnt heard of cleaner fuel sources, but until we take another beating over the oil and until; the public outcry is strong enough to move politicians oil it will be.

The americans like us english have this odd view that they aren't answereable to the rest of the world even though the rest of the world is answerable to us...bollocks i say. What the hell exactly has america given the world? a whole lot of shit...
My own country has given the world a whole lot of crap in the way of using countries resources even after our empire collapsed and leaving the countries we used without the structure to rebuild a civilisation.
I see no basis for your assumptions of people from other countries Billy..from what i've heard you spout so far you're simply regurgitating the same type of media generated shite that all governments feed thier proletariat...you want to actualy try getting out of your country or making friends with people outside your country to gain a new perspective. The United States is the center of Earth in this age, were the top. I have no reason to go, plus i kind of like my freedom, being chipped away as they are its still better than living in a 1 step away from communism shit hole like Finland. The US, has actually borught COUNTLESS things to the world, you just refuse to acknowledge it because youre blazingly anti-american like most jealous Europeans are. Let it go, the empire is dead and its our turn to run the world.

And the nationalism runs thickly...
I don't see how being ethnically homogenous has anything to do with clean/alternative power... Hey, bread is a good time for me...a-woodle-oo-doo, singing bread is a good time for EVERYbody...

It was a joke, Billy.
But sure, lets go with it.
I apoligize if I have no pride in a nation that can subvert the democratic process to put it a war-mongering dictator-wannabe like Bush. I apoligize if I have no pride in a nation that lets that war-mongering dictator-wannabe do nearly whatever he wants. I apoligize if I have no pride in a nation that forces itself upon the rest of the world, causing more problems than otherwise would have occured.
And the list goes on.
Its the "thing to do?" So you have pride in this country because everyone else does? Who's more foolish? The fool or the one who follows him?
This entire thread is full of nationalism. Fine. You just put the hard edge onto it, and why I'm not sure. I found it easy to take Keeper's comments lightly. Hey, bread is a good time for me...a-woodle-oo-doo, singing bread is a good time for EVERYbody...

I like how Bush is "war-mongering" because he constantly talks about a possible war with Iraq. Clinton, on the other hand, is hailed as a voice of reason and peace, when he drops thousands of bombs on a country without any attempt at negotiation or council, without any consent, or without any real planning (as witnessed to by the thousands of innocent civilians and bystanders killed, including those we were supposedly saving). When people talk of the freedom of writing, speaking or thinking I cannot choose but laugh. No such thing ever existed. No such thing now exists; but I hope it will exist. But it must be hundreds of years after you and I shall write and speak no more.

So far as I can tell people don't hate the ideals of our country, we hate our leaders and how we get fucked over by the upper 1 percent. de vagorum ordine dico vobis iura

That's because bombing is a stupid tactic. But for that, we must blame the lower 99%, not the upper 1%. The general populace favors any tactic that results in a low number of American casualties, regardless of how many innocent stander-by it kills of other countries. This is evident from all the idiots suggesting we "Nuke the Middle-East". Hopefully, if we do move against Iraq, we'll abandon this stupidity and use ground troops. Only problem there is urban fighting carries a high casualty rate, whats going to happen when they ship back dozens of americans in coffins?
And pummeling the city from miles away and then going isn't going to do anything as you've destroyed your avility to move in armour and so have to use infantry. It'll be a bloody slogging match.

Ok, it has already been established that bush is about as clever as his name's sake. We know this. There was a cartoon in the Sunday newspaper:
Bush’s terrorism platform: "Let's Roll!"
Bush’s environment platform: "Roll Back!"
