Even if they have a good, stable, well-paying web design job like I do? They're terribly overqualified.

I am shutting this thread down..... both of you will stop acting like children..... any further threads that are brought off-topic by insinuations and subtle insults will be met with Formal Warnings on the part of all parties catering to the behaviour.... if you see a post that is either being insulting or bringing a Thread Topic to a halt please Report it immediately and DO NOT RESPOND to the offending post as doing so makes it much harder to construe who did what and makes you a party to the same behaviour......

Also do not get into Report Wars.... it clutters our E-Mail boxes with unwarranted Reports and shows a juvenile persona.....

I will not point any fingers in this situation as insult has been met by insult..... I will just ask that this behaviour stop now.... any further insults or threads being driven off-topic by childish antics such as this will lead to a Formal Warning and/or a Temp Ban...

Also..... it is not a Members Place to pre-judge what a Moderator may or may not do in circumstances presented..... silence is sometimes a preferable alternative.....
