so any guesses where Rita's going to hit?

Looks like Galveston's going to get hit hard. Pity. I was born on Galveston Island. Hopefully it doesn't curve east and hit Lousiana. Or worse, go further east and hit coastal Alabama. My parents are there.

I don't like to see the ordinary people take the brunt of the storm. What I would like to see however is Rita passing over Crawford and Bush's ranch, preferabley taking it away!

That probably won't happen, seeing as how hurricane weaken over land. You might want to hope it spawns a tornado. That's your best bet.

looks like it may end up in Louisiana again, only a bit west of New Orleans this time.
