Quoting is a beautiful invention, guy. It makes it a lot easier to follow your train of thought. What I think magnus meant, was that God told us what we are not supposed to do, but when we still go out and do it, he just sits by and watches. Christians often mentions us as children of God. But if you were to raise a disobedient child, and said child would paint the walls with crayons, despite the fact that you have already told it not to do that, would you just sit there and watch, hoping the darn brat will realize on its own that this is wrong and start cleaning up? Or would you stop the child and punish it, for instance by making it clean up? which method would you find most effective..?

I think that God lost quite alot of power as a supreme deity when the blood fell on the bones of Golgotha. I think that the control of this world was passed formt he hands of God to the hands of humanity. Yeshua, beign somewhere between the two is (currently) closer to the supreme deity than the other parts of the Trinity.

Actually, I was having some connection problems, and it just decided to let me on. On the other hand, I'll be blatantly honest - I have no idea how to respond to that. I'm not even completely sure I understand what you're getting at.

But still - no one has completely answered my original question.

"when the blood fell on the bones of Golgotha" as in, when Yeshua died. I think that at that crucial catalyst, the world was forever changed. Because the ownership of the Universe was passed from God to Humanity. Now, I still think that the world is ruled by fate, but Humanity (who's Avatar is Yeshua) now unconciously controls that fate.

That's definitely an interesting way of looking at things.. and diverse from most anything I've heard before. But if fate comes to play at any time.. doesn't that mean there is no one being who is all powerful? If Yeshua (Humanity?) unconsciously controls our fate, that means there's no knowledge of doing it - meaning it's being controlled by someone/something who can't change it because they don't realize they're doing it in the first place.

First off, and sorry to confuse folks, cause I do it all the time, Yeshua=Jesus, and Moishe=Moses. Anyhoo, I think that God is the cosmic entity that represents the collective unconcious of Humanity. And somewhere between Humanity's Concious Collective Self and it's Unconcious Collective Self is Jesus, a cosmic entity that represents both ends.

if you are limiting the discussion to one god with the big G, my anwer is this:

God is magic (or love, miracles, wonder,etc..) and as such, he is neither good nor evil, but both at once. The All is One.

I am not trying to limit the conversation, I am stating my beliefs, so excuse you!

angelfishy- In which case, God (or a god) condones all the good of the world as well as all the evil. How does that make it any better? That's still what I was getting at this whole time. If He is good and evil at once, he's STILL partially evil. Which means he isn't wholly pure.

God(christian versions) created a covenant, in which he states that he will not interfear with man anymore.. Heaven, hell, humanities choice..
Now 'the nameless one' (insert your name choice here) never agreed to this covenant. So he/she/it is free to reign over us in whatever manner we let him/her/it.. the only thing we have going for us is us.. God has turned his back on us and is staring into a mirror gloating over his own ego..
or... We are on are own ppl!!
unless of course you have read piers anthony's incarnations of immortality series and find hope that he had a good insight/insperation to write the series..
