Well i don't know how to start my topic off. I have been seeing things. Sometimes i think i would sence that a person is in my room but when i turn to look there not there or sometimes i could actually see them but not very good. Last night they were here as well. I said to my self that if there are spirits in my room that they could hang out if they like to but just as long as they don't do anything. I'm sencing that there chilling out in my at this very moment that i'm typing and there not doing anything. I think that they have accepted my invatation and are cool about it. In a way its freaking me out a bit but not as bad. I guess i would have to get used to them. What would you people say? Do you guys get this to?

Also i sometimes think that i hear my name being called at times and that happened last night as well.

hey if you invited them chances are they'll check it out.
why dont you try burning incense for them or talking to them....
its never a bad idea to have friends in the spirit world.....

hm.. there is a spirit in my room, a friendly one though
i havent seen him .. i may have heard him/her but i might have dismissed it as my over active imagination
but i can feel ..him .. i;m pretty sure its male.

usually when i feel scared or in danger , i call upon him to protect me

i might have to repay him a favour and tell him that he's free to move on if he wishes

i'll miss him .. but he must move on

i always get that when i'm less than sober, drink or drug.

but when i'm sober, i can normally talk myself out of it - convice myself otherwise. otherwise i'd freak out too much

why must he move on? its very common for spirits to love a human for that persons entire life....serve them and protect them the person dosnt always know their there. more than one spirit as well.

You're holding no one back. Like many other things, Humans attempt to create an illusion of life to "ghosts". However, "ghosts" are not spirits, they will never be spirits, and they never can be spirits. If you know of a way to cleanse the area of all unusual electrical and magnetic fields try that, since it usually works. Also, don't notice it otherwise it'll get worse. Everytime you notice it the energy you have within concentrates more on the "ghost", thereby lending it some energy to be more active. Imagine seeing a pool of water filled with piranha. Throw in some succulent wonderful meat and they'll go into a frenzy as they devour it. That's kind of how it is. Kind of....I need better analogies(right word?).

also ringing bells in an area when you notice that energy well clear it out. prefarably ones with a high note like c#.
