Watch the video first, then read the comments below. The video is one of those "news on the streets" guys who basically finds a bunch of morons and makes them look like idiots. Its fairly funny. But the comments below it are very violent and anti-american. Does the rest of the world really feel this way? Do they think we're all brain dead hicks who don't know the difference between Iran and Australia? Its kind of depressing, because I know the jackasses on that video do NOT represent this country (though they probably represent the Administration).

Its easy for declining countries to hate the only remaining superpower, they dont have a responsibility to the world the way we do. It'd be hard to hate an insignificant country like Spain or Scotland. I mean really, Spain and Scotland who?

I am pretty sure its mostly jealousy. Not jealousy of our freedom, but jealousy that they live in declining countries that are pretty insignificant. Most of Europes pride was based around the fact that they were number 1 for a long time. Especially the British and the French. Now of course they are just lap dogs. To who? the USA.. Thats why they hate us. They can pretend its because they dont like our government, as though that means a fucking thing. That would mean they must love thier own governments very much. and as we know thats bullshit. They hate us because they are jealous that we matter globally, and they dont.

Who is they and who is we? I know the difference between those 2 countries quite well actually. Just like everyone else. What you dont seem to get though is that if I ask those questions to 100 people and film them. ANd 95 of those people get it right and 5 get it wrong.
