Ive seen thier military. While it has a lot of manpower its largely undisiplined farmer kids who are trying to get money for school.

They dont have nearly as many nukes. And thier war machines lag far behind the USA. And it would be impossible for the Chinese to invade and hold the USA. Just like it'd be impossible ot invade and hold thiers.

And of course you keep ignoring the obvious, they dont want to fight with us. They want to do business with us. We are thier largest trading partner, if we stopped they would go bankrupt over night.

Your inventions and old institutions are not, but its not fair to say that the things born of the take all and kick ass attitude of European from 100s of years ago are somehow the pacifist femmenist eco virgin European persons inventions of today. Yes. Far too much. The entire world would be effected by a war of that magnitude. Dizzy may laugh but if it came to China invading the United States (never happen) the well oiled economic gears of the world would come to a crashing halt and all of europe would be in a state of chaos. And if you think China would stop with us you are mad.

We are talking about our lifetimes. Maybe in 395968483982 Europe will matter again. But it wont in the next 100 years thats for sure.

Well in such a case China would lose badly. As much of socialists and commies the Europeans are they know they wouldnt want to be ruled by the Chinese. SO they would of course send there 5 or 6 soldiers and a few bottles of jam and some old ww2 rifles while we saved thier asses again. We'd have the Russians and Japanese and Koreans on our side though. China would be fighting a losing war. Especially if you consider that thier war machines are still pretty out of date. Air China using fucking planes from the 70s for Christ sake. Which was scary. Not to mention thier army while large in man power has no logistics. The ONLY thing China could do is possibly take over the greater part of Asia in which case we wuld be more than likely powerless to stop them since we wouldnt want to risk an open war with them.
