so far the arguments have been - yes, because zombies can do whatever a human can do.

but i don't agree with this because i haven't seen many zombies run or bleed. two very basic human functions. I've never heard of a zombie going to the bathroom or getting off and i doubt that dead skin tissue can tan.

group consensus says no. tanning is a cellular process that only occurs in live cells to defend against U V radiation. I would say they would do what raw meat does in the sun, not exactly tan as much as turn blackish

totally speculatory (zombies dont exist, yet, hopefully) but im fairly certain that tanning is a resault of melotononin production. you dont produce that enzyme, you dont tan. right?

I vote 'no' because a person has to have active melanin to tan and I don't think dead people produce it.

For me, the only issue worthy of debate in regards to Zombies is if it would count as Necrophilia . . . How would a court of Law handle it if say, Zombies become a commodity after an outbreak is brought under control (As in Shawn of the Dead) And your take your neighbor to court for restraining and having sex with your Pet Zombie while you are having him look after the Ghoul while you are on Vacation? Is it Rape? Necrophilia? Vandalism? Could your neighbor argue that the Zombie was shambling and cocking it's head in a provocative manner? Or that that tone of the Zombies moans indicated pleasure and thus consent?
