Perhaps you should re-read the rules as well. It is in fact legal to drive with a certain amount of alcohol in your system. Granted I'm less than a year off of being legal to drink at all, what makes you think that somebody 10 months older is any better of a driver than I with that amount in it?

Also, I did say that I know when I can drive and when I cannot, and that I do get rides when needed.

And perhaps you should turn your anger towards something that kills more people thats perfectly legal, like smoking or eating fast food.

sorry, but it isnt the gate i was concerned about it was more the fact, the time that the crash took place, normaly i would be going through that gate, i was just lucky that that day i stayed in bed other wise it probaly would have been either me, my b/f or my mother who would have been hit by that car. and yes if you drink a small amount it is legal to drive, but it is highly adviced that you dont even drive then. and the person who smashed into my grans garden was younger than you by the way, and made sure that my mother hadnt called the police on his ass, my mother being the idiot she is didnt because no one got hurt, just aswell someone else did.

It may be legal to drive with a tiny bit of alcohol in your system, but if you're pulled over with any trace of illegal substances in your system, you'll get a DWI.

Yes, and I don't know about over there, but over here, 2 shooters puts you over the limit and you will definately get a DUI and go to jail ........... so how much to you drink before you drive to enable yourself to say that you drink and drive, 1 sip of beer?

Do you view it as a suicide attempt or some bullshit? In my eyes, I have quite a lot to live for. If you fail to realize that my drinking and smoking do not arise due to some internal conflict within myself, then you are seeing things in the wrong light. It is a social activity whether you choose to acknowledge that fact or not. I know for a fact that you still drink and party, so does that mean you have nothing to live for?

And I point out to both of you, all of you, that there is a legal limit that can be in your system when you drive. I am well aware of my age (Since it is mine), and that I am illegal no matter what, but I once again ask you what the driving skill difference is of someone who is 10 months older than I with the same amount of liquor in his/her system? I don't get plastered and go drive, I don't down a half gallon of rum and go joy riding up down the local streets. I could have 3 drinks and still be perfectly able to drive. Perhaps Spikess you aren't taking all factors into consideration, such as your body weight versus mine, your tollerance level for liqour versus mine, etc. Just cause you get entirely too shit faced off of two beers and are unable to drive doesn't mean that it is that way for everyone.

And I'm not risking other people's lives to get high and drunk. I'm risking my own life by deciding to go out and get food or go home AFTER getting high and/or drunk. If you can't handle the fact that you could be plowed down by any drunk driver at any time, anywhere, then you should really just avoid stepping onto the streets period. You're age has nothing to do with your drinking. NO ONE is a better driver when they've been drinking. No matter how long you've been driving, wether it be 1 month or 20 years, alcohol makes everyone a bad driver.
