I have no problem with it as long as it is for repeat child molesters and repeat dead beat dads who refuse to man up but keep reproducing affecting my bottom line i.e. Tax dollars.

Problem is someone will always test the law and try to convict a one time offender under these laws. Also a seventeen year old sleeping with a eighteen year old is child molestation but to a lesser degree and should not carry such harsh penalties.

I can see it for repeat molestors and rapists, but dead beat dads? That seems kinda extreme. And what about states who are a bit........ shall we say over-zealous about child support? If the states are making the laws, whats to stop them from adding that same zeal to their version of the law?

I know a real pc of work who knocked up my wifes sister , he bails and does it to 7 others . This "kid" has 8 kids from different girls and he's only 25 yrs old . He dosent pay any child support and evades the law .

Guess who pays for these dead-beats so they can go have fun railing every chick in sight ...........you do and I do .

I'm sorry, but I pay for my kid and my kid alone right now. As for this 25 year old you are talking about, what does cutting the guys nuts off have to do with money, besides it cost us to have it done? Its like suspending a driver's liscence for not paying child support, whats that got to do with anything. Hell logic would dictate it would make things harder, cause the guy wouldn't be able to get jobs, and there for would have no money to pay anyways, and in the end it doesn't work. Whats sad is that thanks to tax information, it can become very easy to track these dead beat dads, hell when a mother files for a child support increase, it is based off of the w-2 information at the father's place of employment. Cutting the guys nuts off ain't gonna work in the end. We just need a better way to track them. And I also think that better laws need to be made for the dad's who do pay their support, cause they end up getting fucked 9 times out of 10 unless they are able to afford legal services

Child molestation isn't always rape, so will not be solved with castration. You'll just end up with psychos with no dick and a SHITLOAD of anger. I'd say that is even MORE dangerous for kids. These psychos may think of more brutal ways to torture their victims.

Personally I think they should just kill them because castration, especially chemical, can be reversed and in some cases can have detrimental psychological effects which may lead to further atrocities. Most often rape is not about sex it is about power and anger.
