i wonder what bush real agenda for attacking Iraq, is it really because of Iraq's weapon of mass destruction and they also want Iraqi people to be freed from dictatorial gov't? or they are only interested with Iraq's oil?

I could sit here and clutter this whole forum with conspiracy theories, half-truths, half-lies, facts, fiction and otherwise..but I wont...I am to tired to get into a friendly debate

I've read that Iraq is the 6th import on oil. So this is not a war for oil.
But Iraq is the 2nd largest on oil reserves.

Iraq may only export a small ammount of oil at the moment but that's due to badly managed wells.

In fact, over half of the worlds remaining oil (which experts estimate there is only about ten years left of under current usage) is under Iraq.


If Saddam was to remain in power it would be an estimated six years before he had a strangle hold on the worlds economies.

The US uses nearly 50% of the worlds oil.
