Think about it... Just as his(bush's) plans seem to be losing momentum in the USA(and worldwide). A sniper appears near D.C. and starts randomly shooting people.. They say they have found items that 'may' link him/her to the middle east... How convenient could that be?? Hell, Whats the lives of a few americans to start a war against terrorist types???

Has anyone else heard about the french soldier who went awol while on leave in canada?

If you haven't here's the deal....

I was watching on the news about how the french gov't has released details of an officer in the french army who did not return while on leave in canada. This guy is 25, not of french descent, yet still was able to become an officer in the french military, and at a very young age, as a sidenote it should be mentioned that this guy's area of speciality is as a long range sniper.

After discussing this with my dad(retired officer in British army and Legionaire), he said that one of the only real ways to become a citizen when of foreign descent is to join the French Foreign Legion. Having been in the Legion himself for almost ten years(from age 18-26), after which he was offered citizenship but declined and returned to britain to join their army. From what I understand this guy who is awol was of a rank that many do not reach until they're 30+ years of age. Once attaining the necessary rank it was common practice for an officer to become a trainer for the Legion or to join the domestic army. This suggests that this guy is a very focussed soldier, who by chance specialises as a long range sniper. Basically the guy is trained to elude capture, trained to survive in the harshest environments, is highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, very self controlled and methodical, and is trained to shoot people from long distances.

Currently his whereabouts are unknown, somewhere in canada or possibly across the border in north america. Seems all a little convenient to me.

What I wrote is a bit ambiguous but I take it you understood what I meant? If not then I meant that he did not return from his leave period.

Okay, the news from where I stand (Brisbane, Australia) They have the two men responsible for the shootings. The shootings seemed all equal-opportunity killings (no race or age) and I didn't think that it was made into a racially motivated incident at all.... not from over here anyway. I believe he was just a random lunatic (that's the only relation to your Moon Theory I'll make Keeper!).

As for the Bali bombing.....definitely aimed at Australia, as confirmed by Osama yesterday.He said it was due to our peace-keeping role in East Timor and our alliance with the U.S. That's why all those innocent holiday makers deserved to be killed?
