Culture isnt race. I hate Wiggers too. I like Thomas Sowell, he is a black Intellect, I admire him and his achievements. I have studied a lot about culture and while many times it may form in the midst of a certain enclave of ethnicity it is seldomly confined to that ethnicity.

For example.

"redneck" culture which is largely confined to black ghettos in the North and the South was not even originally American. It was Scottish. And when they English started to settle Virginia many Southern lowland scots who came form a backwards and inferior culture came to the colonies to start over. Namely the south. They were the 1st migraiton. They passed thier culture on to the black slaves who were cut off from thier own people. The 2nd wave of immagraiton came from the puritains and other quaker like people from the more established areas of England and and the Netherlands. Which of course established the culture I am hailing from. New Englanders. Anyway to make a long story short, the Scorts evolced culturally, so did many of the southerners, and the only place we see that backwards Scottish lowland scum culture is confined to black ghettos. They still use the same triple negatives, dont like to work, and breed liberally.
