I've noticed lately that telling people I'm a bisexual makes for a heated discussion. I have more than one bisexual friend and a few gay or lesbian friends as well, and they've all noticed this as well. I'm mostly starting this thread because I'm dying to know what people think about sexuality and why. I'd like to know what your sexuality is and how you feel about other's. I don't want anybody to come on here and scream, "F---ING FAGGOTS!" or anything like that, but I trust you are all much more mature than that.

Okay, cliche or not, I've been bi for years now. It's not like I woke up one day and went, "Ya know what! I think I"ll like men AND women!" Nope, doens't happen like that. Perhaps I'll think twice before assuming others are mature enough for somebody to throw something like sexuality out there! Hmmm?

It all depends on where the conversation is taking place and what the context is. I live in Seattle, the mecca of non-Californian liberals to the west. If you're gay we love you. Hell, it's harder for heterosexual and bisexual individuals than homosexuals sometimes. But in other parts of the country this is most certainly not the case.
