There has been some looting in Houston, TX after the hurricane. So armed citizens have started searching for looters. Damn, wished I was down there. I want to play too.

The more money an insurance company has to pay out in claims, the more they charge their policy holders to make up the loss, so that they have the money for future claims. That means we all pay more, even if we don't live in Houston. The New Orleans mess is going to cost all insurance customers, everywhere in the U.S., more money. Same with this situation.

Was that simple enough for you to understand?

If it's all going to be flood and wind damaged anyway right?

Personally, I'd love new stuff from insurance companies, as well as me personally being against armed civilians...

And for the record, Sixgun, a friend of mine just got hired as an armed security escort in the Louisiana area. Pulling down almost 4 grand a week doing it.

That is some good money. I ought to start up my own security company.
