I'm not getting at you Dyshade, but I'm pretty pissed off of Garg laying down rules that he just breaks when he feels like.

I won't waste my time contacting him as he has ALWAYS ingored any messages I have sent to him on any matter. I did post questioning him directly in the thread in question, but I feel that will go unheard too.

Guess it's just a case of the rules are there and they'll be followed when he feels like it...

The Rules are his to break if he deems it so. As I stated this is his site. Lets say he owned a car and said you could not smoke in it and yet he let someone else smoke in it. Yeah it ain't fair but it is his car. If he wanted to piss in the backseat that would be his choice but he might get pissed if someone else did it.

I am not saying it is fair. Nor am I taking any offense to your posts, I am just saying that it is his site. If he feels that the pics or art in question are worthy of staying than that is his choice. He is the one who will get in trouble if the feds come a' knocking.

Wouldn't that suck pretty hard for the passengers in the Car too though?

As a member I don't believe you can, you need to PM a Super Mod or Admin with the reason you wish to have the thread deleted.

It is absolutely fair. Just like in real life you cannot delete words you have said. Here it is so that if a conflict arises the people involved cannot just randomly delete thier threads that the conflicts happened in. That way we SuperMods can get to the root of the problem and solve it.

You probably want to delete your Halloween thread and that is not happening. You decided to provoke a small conflict with a member because of a jovial post and have reaped the rewards. Move on and let it go would be the best advice
