how exactly are the journals different?

can we customize them? i miss the lightning skin.

Go click on the 'journal' link up there in the toolbar (btwn 'search' & 'quick links'.)

At the moment when using the DF 'Original' theme none of the avatars show up, but even more worrying is the fact when you try to post using 'Advanced options' nothing is clickable, no smilies, no Bold Italic Underlined, no Quote, basically nothing. Everything has to be typed in...

the biggest issue is, if i respond to a thread or try to post, the damn page wont load...it stays white and says its loading but after 20 minutes, it still wont load. i have to stop it and go to the darkforum.com main page, just to get back here.

hmm. that sounds serious. What browser are you using? and have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

im using firefox and yes i cleared the cookies and all. when it respond to a thread it acts like its loading the page but it just never loads and i have to stop it and come back to the main page.

and i cant use the journal link in the toolbar unless i start a new journal. i cant get to my preexisting journal from there.

that's what was happening with me, i'd try to load the forum, and it was pure white. im using explorer.

This has been bothering me for quite some time, but I haven't gotten around to bitching about it yet.

And it's probably been addressed at some point, but humor me and address it again.

Why does the Member List only show mods, admins, supermods, those on the 7 day darkness band, and those with Overlord accounts?

Also why has the 'Report bad post' never worked?

I believe the email function was disabled when the site was having the server trouble. Doesn't bother me much. If you PM a mod, you get a pretty prompt reply. I rather like not having the email function work. I get less hate mail that way.
