I'd rather have a meanie. I like a tight ship at work. Maybe I'll be a meanie one day too My boss now can be very easy-going in some aspects. It drives me crazy.
Friends that are always late or flatmates that are always messy?
I guess they both stink, but the delays are worse (take it from someone who lives in an area where it happens a lot). I still would be mad though about the 2+ law because despite the fact that it's practical, it also is restrictive.

Don't think that question's answerable since no one can experience both situations and compare them. I think I've observed the first so many times that I've chosen the second (for myself, not as "which is worse"; falling in love and losing it is worse.
