Being unreasonably optimistic annoys the hell out of me, but I think it is more socially acceptable than pessimism and so probably not actually worse.

Or having the bills under someone else's name, but they are totally irresponsible and you can't access the accounts to figure out of they've paid anything?

alone is worse - as long as the elevator people aren't crazy, smelly or tremendously annoying. Besides, what are you doing in a closet? you'll have to live down "coming out of the closet" jokes for a while too!

Getting made to do a 10 hours of stupid, almost demeaning, free course (time management, writing goals, motivational, workflow managment, simple communication skills) and then having to write quotable text for publicity on why you enjoyed these courses.

Endorsing the product; at least during the courses you have a chance of learning something and you get paid w/o doing difficult work. Plus your press release might attract people that do actually need those courses.

How sweet, to use dollars, but we don't understand kilograms! =-) Ok, per Wikipedia, a kilogram is about 2.2 pounds, which makes the chicken breast average priced and the drumsticks pretty cheap. I still say the drumsticks are worse b/c they have too many tendons & things that remind me of what I'm eating.
