How do fiddle with an unused satelite dish to get free TV?

new style dishes? not possible, because they have a seperate reciever/decoder that attatches straight to the tv. The old style, huge dishes you just have to get the scrambler off and make sure it's pointed properly... IF anyone is still using those giant things anymore.
