Personally, I never visit the poetry forum because I enjoy telling people that their poetry is shyte. *Shrugs* I don't even offere anything constructive, I just say.. "What a load of tragic goth shyte, you people really need to get a life... Stop usuing the words 'Pain' and 'Black' you numb fackos..." So I decided never to go there again... I pop in there rarely and refrain from posting... But thats just me...

As for Lilly... Who made her a stupidass mod...? I didn't like her much to begin with... I found her.... Kakk! She used to rub me up the wrong way too I think... She kinda stays clear of me... Most posters that I dislike do that... Can't think why.....

Garg as far as I know at the same time as Fuckdoll who I think personally was a much better Mod for the section. Unfortunately I think its a case of no one wanted to Mod the Poetry section and that's a shame because such a large area of this forum needs more than one Mod because it needs varied input and people with different views in an area that is very diverse when regarding view and thinking...

Again its a case of Garg not being around enough to listen to his members and take notice of where there are problems with this board. Certain areas of this board (including the Poetry section) need reviewing and Mods need updating. It should not be simply a case of being picked on popularity as it so often is, but more a case of who is best for the job...

If it was good poetry aout death for example linking it with sex or birth or something a lot more unexpected I would be mildly imressed.

But dark angst blackness soaked crap really drives me up the wall.

I think that the mods should allow what known as justified critique

these fall into 2 catagories

1) I don't like it. This is an honnest personal statement but it's a little weak.

I don't like it because and then reference the poem in to illustrate your dislikes is a lot more mature an approach.

2) attack the poem directly invloves statements such as

I think this piece is derivative of
I think line/stanza (number) fails because
I think the symbolism is laboured/too subtle
i think it lacks punch/is too direct

These sort of questions are all justified critiques. If I posted part of my mind numbing crap on there I'd expect a lot of justified assualt from this sort of question

There seems to be a sort of primary school 'isn't everyone a special little flower' type mentality which is bollocks. Some people can write some can't. I can howerver critique and if you can't either accept my criticism and use it or take my opinion to task without resorting to whining to mods or calling me god knows what, then you shouldn't be posting your crap on these pages anyway.
