These bombings seem like excuses to get into heaven. They believe that if they die as matyrs they get in to heaven free. If Palestinians get a country then there wont be an evil force to bomb so they'll have to be good to get into heaven and thats just a big bother.

I saw a tv programme about kids in Israel and Palestine last week with my dad and it just made me cry that they were so ordinary like any other child yet taught that it's right to hate their closest neighbours.

It was called promises I believe, I'd recommend watching it to anyone if it comes on where you are. It did make me ashamed of humans overall I have to say.

Israel has belonged to the Jews since around 1000BC. And Israel did NOT get a lot of help. In fact, they barely got enough votes from the UN to even have a country. I have lived in Israel. Jews over there live with the knowledge that there is a decent chance they'll get killed by a Palestinian suicide bomber any day. A very good friend of mine lost his 2 kids when palestinian blew himself up in a pizzaria and killed 30 Jewish KIDS.

Now Israel is taking up for themselves, and the whole world is suddenly in an uproar. Never mind that hundreds of innocent Jews, many of them kids, were murdered by palestinian suicide bombers in March alone.

And Israel is not being greedy. They even offered part of the west bank and gaza strip to Arafat, who happens to be the number one terrorist in the world, and HE said not, because it wasn't enough.

True, yet the Palestinians had established an independent state even before that about 1050 BC ...followed by Isreal's victory in 1000 BC. That was ancient history and has nothing to do with anyhting.

Palastine was under Muslim Arab rule since AD 638... then in 1906 it was decided to establish a national home for Jews in Argentina and decided the Jewish homeland should be Palestine.

And that is where the conflict started. so in fact my "shit" was strait. in THIS war, Palestinian's are defending their home..

Palastine was origionaly partitioned into Jewish and Arab states where the Gaza strip was was left under Egyptian control, and the West Bank was controled by Jordan.

Isreal got greedy and attacked Egypt, Jordan, and Syria simultaneously in 1967 occuipying the Gaza Strip, Sinai Peninsula, Arab East Jerusalem, West Bank, Golan Heights.
When they tried to get them back, the Arabs were defeated due to massive U.S. economic and military assistance. (that was the help i meant)
They didnt stop there, but also launched an invasion on Lebanon.

And the Palestinian's live with the exact same knowlage, that they will die by Isreal putting its tanks in Palestinian towns or raiding refugee camps killing civilians.
In fact the vast majority of deaths are on the Palestinian side. so your point being?

Civilians have died on both sides. That is only one side of the story. and their are many sides to many stories.
The world is in an uproar because they finally opened their eyes to the suffering of BOTH sides. and realized that Sharon is the problem. even the majoraty of the Isreali people.

The problem is with the leaders and the civilians are suffering.
