HAHA!! well, where I'm from there is a very very small ethnic minority (old mining town) so I haven't experienced anything like that. I have black people in my family, so I always get a bit touchy when race issues are raised.

The word "creole" is used to denote those of European descent, Haitian descent, or black slaves that resided in America.

There's really no such thing as a BLACK cajun. Mulatto or creole are the terms commonly used in the south to describe what you're meaning.
