If we're talking parity here, what are the rules on posting links.
If Sire has broken them then the punishment for him should be same as everyone else, if not then pheh....
If he is being offered SOME leeway being a former owner, then that's at new owners discretion, however if he's breaching leeway then again he should be censured accordingly.
This is of course as always, entirely down to the site owners, but if you become elitist, then people will vote with their feet and leave and intenral entropy will cause the site to fall apart.
